Privacy policy

We explain what personal data we process when you visit this website, contact us or submit a job application, and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This policy applies to valoragroup.online. Valora Group limits processing to the data needed to answer enquiries, manage job applications and support the website's basic operation.

Data controller

Valora Group is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this policy. You can contact us at valoragroup.es@gmail.com or at Rua Do Forno, 94 RC, Aveiro 3810-264, Portugal.

Data we collect

We do not create user profiles or ask for personal data to browse the website. We receive information only when you choose to provide it.

  • Business enquiries: name, email address and the contents of your message.
  • Job applications: name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, experience, portfolio or LinkedIn link, CV and message.
  • Technical data: our hosting provider may process IP address, date, time, browser and security logs needed to deliver and protect the service.
  • Language preference: stored in your browser's local storage to remember the selected language.

Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering enquiries, preparing proposals and managing business relationships: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in responding to requests.
  • Assessing applications and communicating during recruitment: pre-contractual steps requested by the candidate.
  • Maintaining website security, availability and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.
  • Complying with legal obligations and responding to lawful requests from authorities where applicable.

Service providers and transfers

The website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes form submissions on Valora Group's behalf. We share data only with providers needed to operate the site or where legally required. Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area; where this happens, we require applicable safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention periods

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up on the business relationship, and afterwards for any period required to address legal liabilities. Applications are kept during the recruitment process and, unless permission is given for future opportunities, deleted when no longer needed. Technical logs are retained for the operational and security periods set by the provider.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, as well as data portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, email valoragroup.es@gmail.com and identify your request. If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your place of residence or work.

Cookies and local storage

We currently use no advertising cookies or first-party analytics tools. The website stores only your language preference in the browser's local storage. Third-party services reached through external links, such as WhatsApp, apply their own privacy policies.

Security, children and changes

We apply reasonable measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. This website and its forms are not directed at children. We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes; we will publish the current version on this page and show its update date.

Privacy contact

If you have questions about this policy or want to exercise a right, contact us. We will respond within the applicable legal time limit.
